Please read through this entire page carefully, as there are important steps for you to complete prior to registration. The returning cadet and one parent/guardian are required to attend registration sessions with all required documents.
Location and Date
- Returning cadets that attend Tuesday training: Tuesday, September 9, 2025: Marlborough Elementary School (6060 Marlborough Ave, Burnaby, BC V5H 3L7).
- Returning cadets that attend Thursday training: Thursday, September 11, 2025: Nelson Elementary School (4850 Irmin Street, Burnaby, BC V5J 1Y2).
To avoid congestion, we have dedicated time slots for you to register, corresponding to the last name of the returning cadet. Please arrive within your designated time window.
- Surname starting with A-K: 6:30 pm
- Surname starting with L-R: 7:15 pm
- Surname starting with S-Z: 8:00 pm
Dress of the day is summer dress. If your uniform no longer fits, please wear black & whites.
Required Documents
Please ensure that you print, fill out, and bring all of the following documents with you:
- Squadron Sponsoring Committee forms. Complete the steps as instructed here.
What if I’m unable to make it to my assigned registration night?
If you are unable to attend the assigned registration session, attend on an alternate night (September 9 and 16 at Marlborough Elementary, September 11 and 18 at Nelson Elementary). After September 18, 2025, registration applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
